(An-Naml) 27 : 80
إِنَّكَ لَا تُسْمِعُ الْمَوْتَىٰ وَلَا تُسْمِعُ الصُّمَّ الدُّعَاءَ إِذَا وَلَّوْا مُدْبِرِينَ
Indeed, you will not make the dead hear, nor will you make the deaf hearing the call when they have turned their backs retreating.
The hypocrites who are knowingly hiding Adhikr have been killed by Lord. They are only having a life without a soul. And the disbelieving followers are not deaf towards the Arabic Quran but are deaf towards Adhikr. Both of them are included among Fujjar who are denoted as the worst among 1000 communities of Lord’s creatures as explained in verse 8: 22. See explanation 6: 36; 7: 179 and 10: 42-43.
